I have come across this issue several times and I had managed to find the resolution for it.
When anyone trying to access any link in oracle it’s closing down without any warning or sometimes it throws the error stating “This application needs to be close due to the memory issue”.
Firstly, We have to make sure the below listed applications are up and running in order to work with Oracle.
2,Jinitiator 1.3.1.30
Resolution:
This issue causes due to inappropriate JVM.dll file located in C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.30\bin\hotspot.
We need to replace JVM.dll file with an appropriate one (jvm.dll, 2.2 MB) which you can download in below link.

You could find JVM.dll file download on 3rd step.
After replaced the jvm.dll file in the above mentioned path you need to restert the Internet Explorer.
